  • New listings:  451 (115% less than 8/2020)
  • Closed:  585
  • Open listings on 9/1:  698

Marin County:

  • Into contract:  192 (20% less than 8/2020)
  • New listings:  139 (53% less than 8/2020)
  • Closed:  223
  • Open listings on 9/1:  211

Napa County:

  • Into contract:  126
  • New listings:  111 (14% less than 8/2020)
  • Closed:  125
  • Open listings on 9/1:  235
