- New listings: 451 (115% less than 8/2020)
- Closed: 585
- Open listings on 9/1: 698
- Into contract: 192 (20% less than 8/2020)
- New listings: 139 (53% less than 8/2020)
- Closed: 223
- Open listings on 9/1: 211
- Into contract: 126
- New listings: 111 (14% less than 8/2020)
- Closed: 125
- Open listings on 9/1: 235
